We continue to make our way north and
slowly our road winds it's way to the coast. Finally we get our first
view of the Pacific Ocean.
We also come across an elk viewing area. A whole herd of elk cows right by the road.
We set up, have lunch, get some laundry
on. Janine goes shopping to find nearly empty stores. People are
panic-buying and a lot of the shelves are empty. No fresh meat or
chicken, no eggs. Surpsrsingly, still plenty of alcohol though...
