In the afternoon we go fishing at the pier on the campground. The kids enjoy casting their lines time and time again, but no catches. One of the regulars suggests that our bait might not be appropriate so he replaces the bait/lure with one of his own and gives a quick demonstration on how to cast the line and reel it in so that the lure moves like a real fish. There must be fish here somewhere as we can see the birds of prey circling overhead.
We have a lovely afternoon but eventually the rain clouds do set in so we head back in.
